I can not recommend Cem enough as an Istanbul guide. To have a guide that truly wants to make your time special is unique. Cem did something most guides fail to do, he listened to what we would like. He presented the main sites with a passion and depth of knowledge that made it personal. But after getting to know us and what we liked, we set off on adventures throughout the city we never would have experienced without him. Finally, and perhaps the most important, the food. Cem took us to some of the best restaurants we experienced on our trip. They were a level above everything else. We still talk about the traditional Ottoman restaurant he shared with us.
