The HES codes you share can be queried through the application or through the services provided to the institutions.

You can obtain a HES code by sending your passport details by sms to 2023 in the following format :HES [space] Nationalty [space] Passport Number [space] Year of Birth [space] Surname

How To Match Istanbul Card with HES Code?

An Istanbul card is used as a public transport ticket in Istanbul. The Istanbul card can be obtained from individual or corporate dealers and ticket offices. After receiving a card, Istanbul must be matched with the HES Code.
