The HES codes you share can be queried through the application or through the services provided to the institutions.

You can obtain a HES code by sending your passport details by sms to 2023 in the following format :

How To Match Istanbul Card with HES Code?
Istanbulkart (Istanbul Card) is a boarding pass which is used for all public transport vehicles (bus, boat, ferry, metro, tram) in Istanbul. The Istanbul card can be obtained from individual or corporate dealers and ticket offices. After receiving an Istanbulkart, it must be matched with your HES Code.
